My car had trouble stemming from a recalled part. I was concern at first it was something much larger. Luis made the process of getting the recall part replaced as smoothly as possible. This level of customer service and care, is why my next new car purchase will be another Acura. I'm glad I brought it into the dealership to get it resolved.

In 2013 we bought our first Acura here at Fresno Acura. It was the best car I've ever owned but after 10 years it was time to replace it. Yesterday we purchased a 2023 Integra and the entire staff worked together to make it a very comfortable purchase process.

The first time I have ever truly loved buying a car! My husband's commuter car was having major issues. We know it was a horrible time to purchase a car. Used cars were almost as much as used cars. Great experience all around ! Started the process in August and ordered the specific car we wanted, it arrived sooner then expected and we were kept informed throughout the entire process. Service center called us last minute to bring our RDX in service and to add luggage rails. The work was completed quickly and the look is very nice. Unfortunately, they passed on washing our vehicle because we just had it washed that same morning. We ended up with a much dirtier vehicle than when we arrived. It was dusty from the shop and the windows had water streaks because they rolled them down and then back up without wiping them down. They also left prints on the windshield. The customer service here was outstanding. I am very hesitant to get my car serviced because of bad experiences. At one point I even drove to the dealership in Modesto for service on my 2019 Acura TLX. The female owner called me directly to find out how my experience was and what could be improved. There was miscommunication between service advisors, which resulted in not much information being passed to me as to why my car was delayed with being worked on. I was originally quoted a timeframe of less than a day which turned into more than a few days. Nathan the Service Manager was a great help with reaching out to me to explain in detail of what the situation was.

First time taking my car here for some regular maintenance and had a great experience! Was provided great service from Daniel and the other gentlemen who’s name I didn’t catch. I also really appreciate the fact that Fresno Acura even offered a shuttle ride home or to pay for my Lyft since the shuttle was doing another drop off at the time. I did not have an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation today. As I drove into the service area, I saw 3 cars and resigned myself that I would be there awhile. BUT I was told that it would take only 20-30 minutes!!! The service Dept is courteous and always kept me updated. And besides that they washed my RDX!! Love these guys!!

The service department is always very friendly when I take my car in for service. I’m usually in and out within 45 minutes and they explain everything at the end. However, they normally ask me if i want my car washed and they didn’t this last time.
I was able to schedule an appointment online, it was easy to find a time that worked for me. When I dropped off my car there was a gentleman waiting to take my keys and get my service started. Everyone is always very friendly and they provide a thorough and efficient service. I went in for an oil change but then found out I needed to get a tire replaced because of a nail.
