Covid-19 Safety Measures

To our valued Customers,

At Fresno Acura, we have always been committed to providing a safe environment where friends, family and loved ones can service their vehicles or purchase the car of their dreams. Our staff and community of customers are what is most important to us, and your safety remains our top priority.

We understand that you may have some questions when it comes to what we are doing in response to news surrounding COVID-19 (commonly known as novel coronavirus). Over the last several weeks, we have been following the guidelines and procedures outlined by the CDC, WHO and regulatory agencies in addition to taking extra steps to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all guests and staff. As details continue to evolve, we want to share additional safety measures we have put in place to protect the health and safety of our Fresno Acura family, our Customers and our communities:

– We are conducting regular and frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas in our dealership every two hours (including all door handles, the guest lounge, chairs and countertop surfaces).

– We are continuously checking our bathrooms to make sure all soap dispensers are full for staff and guest use.

– We are reinforcing illness prevention procedures with all Fresno Acura staff as recommended by the medical community, including frequent hand washing, avoiding contact with your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.

– We are instructing staff who are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home or seek care from a medical provider when necessary.
