Congratulations Fresno Acura! Our dealership is currently ranked among the top 50 Acura dealerships nationwide, quite the honor for our family-owned store. This ranking is based on the number of monthly performance points received for new-vehicle sales objective attainment and for sales team training completion in the 2015 Council of Sales Excellence (COSE) program through June 30th.
1. Our dealership met or exceeded 80% of our monthly new-vehicle objective.
2. Our sales team members completed 85% or more of the required monthly training.

Through the Council of Sales Excellence program, Acura recognizes those sales consultants who excel in three key areas of performance - Sales, Client Satisfaction, and Training. Fresno Acura would like to pay tribute to our esteemed sales professionals who earned membership in the prestigious Council of Sales Excellence for their efforts during the 2013 program.
To have become a member in the esteemed 2013 COSE, each sales consultant needed to satisfy the following three requirements:
1. Sales - Meet or exceed the following assigned 2013 COSE sales objectives for his dealership's volume group by program year-end.
2. Client Satisfaction - Meet or surpass his district's cumulative year-to-date average Sales and Delivery score by September 30th, 2013.
3. Training - Complete all required Core, Current, and Professional Development training by program year-end.
